The Team
NM Capital operates as a small senior practice — deliberately lean. Our partners bring two decades of institutional M&A pedigree, a career-long direct-investment perspective, and hands-on execution experience across corporate carve-outs, family successions, sponsor deals and cross-border transactions in Europe, Latam and the US.
Team members
The core team is complemented by a curated network of independent sector advisors and senior colleagues who join us on specific mandates — bringing deep sector knowledge, local market presence, or specialist capability where the transaction requires it.
Every engagement is led by a senior practitioner. We invest in depth of judgement, not in headcount. Discretion is part of how we work, and the audience we serve values that.
What we do
Three service lines, executed as one practice. M&A advisory on the buy and sell side. Direct and co-investment work, opened by the Portfolio Assessment and the Investment Policy Statement engagements. Financing and structuring, arranged alongside specialist debt partners.
How we work
Hands-on, committed, flexible. Every mandate is led by a senior practitioner. Engagement letters are written, conflicts are disclosed, and we sit on the client's side of the table. We do not run ten mandates in parallel — the work is deliberately senior-led by design, not by aspiration.
Where we work
- European core. Switzerland, Germany, UK, Nordics, Spain, Benelux.
- Latam. Present and familiar with most countries across the region — reaching from Mexico, Central America, along the Andean pillar over to Argentina and Brazil. Extended personal and professional network in the region.
- Opportunistic. US and Canada, Middle East, select Asia.

NM Capital GmbH is registered in Zurich, Switzerland. The firm provides M&A advisory and direct-investment services and does not hold client assets. Engagement is by written mandate letter only. Conflicts of interest are governed by our Conflicts of Interest Policy.
